Nursing PhD named ANA/SAMHSA Minority Fellow

Vickye Hayter, RN, a PhD in Nursing student, earned a spot in the Minority Fellowship Program, which is staffed by the American Nurses Association with funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
