Dr. Beixi Wang, Small Molecule Application Scientist, will describe how the timsTOF technology increases the depth of coverage for all small molecules and lipids and provides a higher confidence level to annotations. Strategies for increasing the accuracy of identifications and quantitation of complex samples will be shown. The use of ion mobility permits separation and identification of isomeric/isobaric species. Application examples of bile acids and lipid nanoparticles analysis will be discussed to demonstrate how we enable researchers to move from analysis to insight. Finally, newly released tools that maintain strong data quality across large sample sets will be introduced.

Dr. Shourjo Ghose, the North American Proteomics Business Development Manager, will highlight the latest proteomics applications data from the timsTOF technology. Access to greater proteome depth and analysis speed enables discoveries in plasma, PTM, Targeted Protein Degrader, and large-cohort quantitative studies. We will highlight the all-new timsTOF Ultra-designed for high sensitivity applications- including single cell omics, metaproteomics, micro dissections, and immunopeptidomics. A summary of Bruker’s portfolio supporting a complete end-to-end workflow, from sample preparation to post-processing, will also be introduced.
