The Executive Committee of the Virginia Drug Discovery Consortium is pleased to announce our 2022 symposium, to be held in Richmond, VA on May 24-25, 2022. This year marks our sixth symposium, and we are excited to meet again fully in-person.
We have assembled an excellent group of speakers, and our theme this year is Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, and Metabolic Disease. Note that our Poster Session welcomes submissions in ANY therapeutic area, focusing on I) target ID/validation and disease biology; ii) medicinal chemistry; iii) biologics or cellular therapies; iv) translational pharmacology and animal studies; v) university facilities.
Early bird prices are available until May 3, and are $175 for faculty/industry/postdoc and $75 for students. Registration includes a reception, dinner, breakfast and lunch, and break service throughout the 1.5 day meeting.
During the meeting we will follow Virginia university practices for COVID-19 mitigation, which require indoor masking when not actively eating or drinking.
